At Jersey Copy, we are dedicated to delivering your wholesale orders accurately and on time. We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your jerseys arrive safely, wherever you are in the world.
1. Order Processing Time
Since we handle wholesale and bulk orders, please allow time for us to prepare your products.
- In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Custom/Bulk Orders: For larger orders or customized jerseys, processing time may take 3-7 business days.
- You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer various shipping options to balance cost and speed. The estimated delivery time starts after the order has been processed.
- Express Shipping (Recommended):
- Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS.
- Estimated Time: 5 – 8 Business Days.
- Best for: Urgent orders and high-value wholesale packages.
- Standard Shipping:
- Carriers: 4PX, Yanwen, or Dedicated Line.
- Estimated Time: 10 – 15 Business Days.
- Best for: Small samples or cost-sensitive orders.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, World Cup) or due to customs delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package and the destination country. You can view the exact shipping fee at the Checkout page before making a payment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
- Buyer Responsibility: These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
While rare, accidents can happen during transit.
- Damaged: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
- Lost: If the tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us so we can file an investigation with the carrier.
