1. Ordering & MOQ
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? A: We are very friendly to small businesses.
- For Stock Items: No MOQ! You can order even 1 piece.
- For Custom/Bulk Orders: We recommend at least 5-10 pieces to get the best shipping rate, but we accept mixed orders (different teams/sizes).
Q: Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order? A: Yes! We strongly encourage you to order a sample to check our fabric quality and printing details. Please contact us to arrange a sample shipment.
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders? A: Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing. The more you buy, the lower the price per unit. Please contact our sales team for our latest Wholesale Price List.
2. Customization & Products
Q: Can I customize the jerseys with my own name and number? A: Yes. We provide professional heat-press printing for:
- Player names and numbers (Official Font).
- Personalized names and numbers.
- Team badges and sponsor logos.
- League patches (e.g., Champions League, Premier League).
Q: How do I wash the customized jerseys? A: To protect the printing:
- Wash inside out.
- Use cold water (below 30°C).
- Do not tumble dry. Hang dry only.
Q: Are your sizes true to size? A: Our jerseys generally follow standard international sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL).
- Player Version: Slim fit (tighter). We recommend sizing up if you prefer a loose fit.
- Fan Version: Regular fit. Please check our Size Chart on the product page for exact measurements.
3. Shipping & Payment
Q: How long does shipping take? A: It depends on the shipping method you choose:
- Express (DHL/FedEx): 5-8 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days.
- Note: Customization may add 2-4 extra days to the processing time.
Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and most European countries.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept secure payments via:
- PayPal (with Buyer Protection).
- Credit/Debit Cards.
- Western Union / Bank Transfer (for large bulk orders).
Q: Will I be charged customs duties? A: Usually, small packages pass through customs without issues. However, for large bulk orders, import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. After-Sales
Q: What if I receive a defective jersey? A: We have a strict Quality Control (QC) process. However, if there is a mistake (e.g., wrong spelling, damaged fabric), please take photos and contact us within 3 days. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
