Return & Refund Policy
At Jersey Copy, we take pride in the quality of our jerseys. Since we deal with wholesale and customized orders, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to claim a return or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Important)
Due to the nature of our business, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized Jerseys: Jerseys with personalized names, numbers, or patches cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made a mistake (e.g., wrong spelling).
- Clearance/Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- Items damaged by the buyer (e.g., washed incorrectly, torn tags).
4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item (e.g., holes, severe stains) or the wrong size/team, we will make it right. Please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the defect or the wrong item.
- Email us at sales@jerseycopy.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Once approved, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund for that specific item. You do not need to return the defective item.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (for non-custom items), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Return Shipping
- Buyer’s Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it is a quality issue).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
