  • Custom Orders: As a B2B wholesale supplier, many of our products are customized (OEM/ODM) based on your specifications (e.g., adding names, numbers, and team logos). Please note that customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • User Content: By submitting any designs, logos, or text for printing, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use such intellectual property. Industry City Apparel LLC assumes no liability for intellectual property infringement resulting from designs provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • Payment must be cleared before production begins for bulk orders. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfers.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Industry City Apparel LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
